“This snowball stand is the best around. They have the softest ice, with the best flavors to go along with it! They have some unique flavors that no other stands have. Like their creamy flavor Tres Leches, that taste like a mixture of orchata mixed with condensed milk. It’s def my go-to favor! & you get a lot for your money at this snow ball stand!“

“Came in to pick up a little birthday cake and was honestly so impressed. The freezer was fully stocked with so many options - everything you could need! I was greeted right when I walked in, and even though there was only one person working, they were incredibly kind and attentive the entire time.
I noticed there was also a Planet Smoothie connected, and the same employee was running both counters while still taking the time to give recommendations based on what I liked. I ended up getting the Dragon Fruit Lemon Splash smoothie and it was SO refreshing.
Of course, I couldn’t leave without ice cream too. They encouraged me to try every flavor I was interested in before deciding, which made the experience even better. At checkout, they also told me about the rewards program, and I got $5 off the cake!
They only opened about 4 months ago - definitely go check them out for both ice cream and smoothies. Truly something for everyone!“

“I love Crumbl cookies and love how they give you different cookies to choose from each week. I don’t think I ate one that I haven’t at least liked. I put a four for service only because I usually do Uber eats and they always forget my milk atmosphere I only put a three because I never actually been into the store, otherwise love love love“
“This might just be the best soft serve ive ever had and ive had a LOT of soft serve. The flavors are always on point (glazed donut, cookie butter, ube just to name a few) and the creamy consistency of the ice cream reflects the high quality. Service is always friendly and the line moves fast. Highly recommend.“

“I do like marble Slab. I'm probably in there at least once a week. My daughter and I came in tonight and we both ordered chocolate with cookie dough mixed in and fudge. When I got home and was eating it I came across paper gummy bears and some type of nut in it. Please make sure that the slab they mix it on is cleaned before putting ice cream on it. That could be extremely dangerous for anyone allergic to nuts. 😞😩😩😩“

“I brought my son to the Metairie LA store today at approximately 7:30pm. This is the first time I had an awful experience. I could not even eat my food. I ordered a burger xtra lettuce xtra MOOYAH sauce grilled onions no pickles wheat bun. A family in front of me placed their to dine in and were given a number. A young lady fixed their food with gloves on her hands and brought it to the family and she takes the number from them with the SAME gloves on her hands and proceeds behind the counter to fix the next order. Sliding her gloved hands along the counter. She goes to the grill to work on the next order. She slides the patty off of the spatula on to the bun with the SAME gloved hands. She then puts the fries in the bag but a handful fell on the counter. She picks the fries up off the counter with the SAME gloved hands and puts them in the bag. Calls my name to tell me that my order is ready. I tell her that I do not want it please make my order over. I take it to go when I get home the order is completely wrong!!! I’m so hungry but upset!!! I’ll be calling them tomorrow.“
