“What stood out most about my order was the professionalism from start to finish. My order was taken by the manager, Stacy, and delivered by Allie. The communication was exceptional — my order was repeated back to me both when it was placed and again upon delivery. The entire experience was seamless and truly phenomenal.
Even though my order had several customizations — items to remove and substitutions to add — everything was handled perfectly. Each item was properly labeled, making it easy for me to distribute without opening a single wrapper. The attention to detail and care shown by Stacy and her team was remarkable.
I even made sure to press the button to share positive feedback directly with the manager, because the team truly earned it. Thank you all for being so considerate, professional, and consistent. Job well“

“A delightful and popular institution among NOLA bakery gelaterias. Outstanding traditional Italian pastries; tortes, cannolis, eclairs and cake slices. Good assortment of gelato flavors. Also quite a variety of imported packaged Italian delicacies displayed for gifting and take home. There are a handful of small tables in front and more sit down tables just above/beyond the main floor. Parking is tight in front, but there's a variety of options nearby.“

“This snowball stand is the best around. They have the softest ice, with the best flavors to go along with it! They have some unique flavors that no other stands have. Like their creamy flavor Tres Leches, that taste like a mixture of orchata mixed with condensed milk. It’s def my go-to favor! & you get a lot for your money at this snow ball stand!“

“Everything thing from ice cream, snowballs and their food items are delicious. I have never eaten anything from them that I did not like. My favorites are their homemade hot sausage, club sandwiches, fried fish, and chef salads along with their delicious banana splits! I also appreciate their great customer service!“

“JUST MOVED HERE FROM ATLANTA. ITS A HOT DAY. WANTED SOMETHING COLD. NEIGHBOR RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE FOR A SNO CONE SINCE ITS AROUND THE CORNER. I PURCHASED THE CANTALOUPE AND CHEESECAKE HALF AND HALF. I TRIED THE NACHOS TOO SINCE MOST PEOPLE IN THE LINE AHEAD OF ME WERE BUYING THEM. “After a busy hot day walking through the Quarter we were lucky to find OK ice cream. You would not know this place here because it’s hidden away with all the construction. They have a nice selection of ice cream and a couple tables to sit at and rest so we could gathered our energy before we continue on our day.“

This establishment has been open for a very long time, so I assume they are doing a thing or two right. They usually have loads of people throughout the day and evening.“

“This is by far the best Snowball stand in the world. Just saying! The ice , the flavors are amazing. But I had a bad experience. I always order a medium sized snowball in a large cup. All of you experienced snowball experts understand my reasoning for doing this. So that I can drive without the drizzle of syrup running down my shirt. Well, I asked for the large cup and the cashier didn’t acknowledge that she did hear what I asked. So I repeated it. She then responded quite rudely. Saying that she did hear what I asked. Well of course when my number was called to get my treat it was in a medium cup. I asked about the large cup and was told that it wasn’t on the receipt. I was then told that they could not transfer my treat because of the condense milk. With all this trouble … I can’t wait to get off of work to go back..?“

“Ms. Danielle was an absolute PLEASURE to meet first of all! Her spirit is so amazing! I got two of the corn dog with French fries specials, hot dogs, and snowballs. The chantilly snowball was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted in my life. All of the snowballs were full of flavor and had the “good ice”, as we from Nola tend to seek out in our snowballs lol! Please come here, the previous owner that was at this stand was absolutely awful, I’d never have found Ms. Danielle had it not been for DoorDash because I went here a while back and it was owned by someone else, but Ms. Danielle is here now and I have gone to the location as well as ordered on DoorDash, and both times were excellent, so yall PLEASE go give her a try, you won’t regret it!“

“Such a nice experience! Our first time visiting and the young man working was amazing!!! Prices were great, atmosphere was clean, very vibrant and welcoming! The guy working went above and beyond multiple times in our short visit! He was so patient with my 4 year old as he made his selection! He unfortunately dropped his cone and the young man was so quick to help! My daughter left her purse and he ran it out to us in our vehicle! Just a very wonderful experience!! Major props to the guy working during our visit!! Definitely will return next time we’re in town.“

“21MAR26 ~ What a great 'after soccer match' event with my son & grandson! The interior was bright/well-lit, cheery, well organized, & spotless. There was plenty of tables & chairs for patrons. The yogurt was excellent, with many varieties, several regulars and some seasonal or unique flavors. There were also many topping varieties. The waffle cones are a flat rate, and the paper cups are priced 'by weight'. Nice for families or a date. Enjoy! We sure did...“
