“I just wanted to say what an amazing staff you have! My husband and I have been trying to get to drip for a while now and we finally made it. It was a spur of the moment so I didn’t make reservations. We sat at the bar and to see the interactions with the staff warmed my heart! Emily ( behind the bar) was excellent! She was so patient with the staff, while she never stopped working, she still made time to tend to her customers, answer questions for the staff and even teach them how to do things to help. “Came in to pick up a little birthday cake and was honestly so impressed. The freezer was fully stocked with so many options - everything you could need! I was greeted right when I walked in, and even though there was only one person working, they were incredibly kind and attentive the entire time.

I noticed there was also a Planet Smoothie connected, and the same employee was running both counters while still taking the time to give recommendations based on what I liked. I ended up getting the Dragon Fruit Lemon Splash smoothie and it was SO refreshing.

Of course, I couldn’t leave without ice cream too. They encouraged me to try every flavor I was interested in before deciding, which made the experience even better. At checkout, they also told me about the rewards program, and I got $5 off the cake!

They only opened about 4 months ago - definitely go check them out for both ice cream and smoothies. Truly something for everyone!“

They were a little on the pricier side at around $15 for a bubble waffle (but starts at $7), but were big enough that they could be shared if you wanted to. The staff were very sweet :) it was a pleasant experience! With the moon walk and Jackson Square just outside the store, you get a great view along with a great treat to round out the night.“

“This is by far the best Snowball stand in the world. Just saying! The ice , the flavors are amazing. But I had a bad experience. I always order a medium sized snowball in a large cup. All of you experienced snowball experts understand my reasoning for doing this. So that I can drive without the drizzle of syrup running down my shirt. Well, I asked for the large cup and the cashier didn’t acknowledge that she did hear what I asked. So I repeated it. She then responded quite rudely. Saying that she did hear what I asked. Well of course when my number was called to get my treat it was in a medium cup. I asked about the large cup and was told that it wasn’t on the receipt. I was then told that they could not transfer my treat because of the condense milk. With all this trouble … I can’t wait to get off of work to go back..?“

“I love this place . It’s super clean and have friendly staff. The ice is is honestly why it’s my favorite it’s super soft and pillowy. The air conditioning is super crisp. I got the mango /coconut and has been my favorite for years. I came today with my cousins and they loved it. They said it was the best snowball they ever had.“

“I do like marble Slab. I'm probably in there at least once a week. My daughter and I came in tonight and we both ordered chocolate with cookie dough mixed in and fudge. When I got home and was eating it I came across paper gummy bears and some type of nut in it. Please make sure that the slab they mix it on is cleaned before putting ice cream on it. That could be extremely dangerous for anyone allergic to nuts. 😞😩😩😩“
