“I just wanted to say what an amazing staff you have! My husband and I have been trying to get to drip for a while now and we finally made it. It was a spur of the moment so I didn’t make reservations. We sat at the bar and to see the interactions with the staff warmed my heart! Emily ( behind the bar) was excellent! She was so patient with the staff, while she never stopped working, she still made time to tend to her customers, answer questions for the staff and even teach them how to do things to help. I adore your establishment and wish we would ah e come sooner! But we WILL be back! and you guys will always be a top recommendation for everyone who asks places to go! They were a little on the pricier side at around $15 for a bubble waffle (but starts at $7), but were big enough that they could be shared if you wanted to. The staff were very sweet :) it was a pleasant experience! With the moon walk and Jackson Square just outside the store, you get a great view along with a great treat to round out the night.“

“Came in to pick up a little birthday cake and was honestly so impressed. The freezer was fully stocked with so many options - everything you could need! I was greeted right when I walked in, and even though there was only one person working, they were incredibly kind and attentive the entire time.

I noticed there was also a Planet Smoothie connected, and the same employee was running both counters while still taking the time to give recommendations based on what I liked. I ended up getting the Dragon Fruit Lemon Splash smoothie and it was SO refreshing.

Of course, I couldn’t leave without ice cream too. They encouraged me to try every flavor I was interested in before deciding, which made the experience even better. At checkout, they also told me about the rewards program, and I got $5 off the cake!

They only opened about 4 months ago - definitely go check them out for both ice cream and smoothies. Truly something for everyone!“

My favorites are their homemade hot sausage, club sandwiches, fried fish, and chef salads along with their delicious banana splits! I also appreciate their great customer service!“

“Our family has been coming to Rodney's for as long as I can remember. Because IYKYK growing up in the East. We've since moved out of state but visit family as much as we can and this spot is a must! Although, it was a deflating experience to see that they haven't changed with the times as far as still only take cash. Plenty other snoball stands around the city has started taking touchless payment options like cash app, venmo, or even tap pay. This is a really nice touch when out-of-towners are stopping in, especially when carrying around cash isn't exactly safe anymore. Hopefully they'll consider other payment options in the near future. Otherwise, the snoballs are as good as always. Ice is crushed very soft, fluffy, and packed with flavor. Still giving out a little special touch with a gummy bear at the bottom.“

“This is by far the best Snowball stand in the world. Just saying! The ice , the flavors are amazing. But I had a bad experience. I always order a medium sized snowball in a large cup. All of you experienced snowball experts understand my reasoning for doing this. So that I can drive without the drizzle of syrup running down my shirt. Well, I asked for the large cup and the cashier didn’t acknowledge that she did hear what I asked. So I repeated it. She then responded quite rudely. Saying that she did hear what I asked. Well of course when my number was called to get my treat it was in a medium cup. I asked about the large cup and was told that it wasn’t on the receipt. I was then told that they could not transfer my treat because of the condense milk. With all this trouble … I can’t wait to get off of work to go back..?“
