I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
Dairy Queen in Kilgore Texas sucks. they never answered the phone. and the last time I went there, I ordered a belt buster combo, and I got a piece of meat with cheese on dry bread and floppy french fries. i paid seventeen dollars for that got ripped off. Kilgore texas sucks!!
Foods nasty fries always cold. No toast with chicken strip basket the past 2 visits. Ranch out the bottle bc the workers are too lazy to make it. Old food. Rotisserie chicken bites are like leather. Hire someone who cares and get some new management.
