While on vacation with my family in May 2020. We were looking for dessert during the Covid pandemic ? time. Most businesses were closed except for DQ. Service was great-no issues. Two of us got Mint Oreo cookies and one got the Strawberry cheesecake! They were yum! ? We were happy travelers!! ?

Best service. Drive-thru is the greatest and then you walk in they are so pleasant and so upbeat love this
We are from out of state, passing through. We stopped for dinner and was politely greeted by a very friendly associate. She showed well established patience while our children recited their order in a non-typical fare. A team of fellow associates assisted in bring our order to our table, as we found a couple of hot dishes were not acceptably hot, but the crew corrected the problem graciously. Not every encounter in life is perfect, but it's accepted when promptly corrected, and this was. I recommend this location.

We were told to pull up and wait for fresh fries. Twelve minutes later, I had to go in to get our order. They were not busy, there was no one in the lobby. We will not be back, poor customer service and no sense of urgency. I read the other reviews and wonder why nothing has been done to improve the customer service experience at this location. ?
