“The food is great as always. Yet the service is not great or chic fil a friendly. The guys handing the orders In pick up area were not nice nor friendly and actually really rude and almost disrespectful. I was not the only one with this issue and they were handing out the wrong orders to customers in front of me.“
“Amazing food and great vibe in here. They redid the Fat Boy Pizza and added the second concept. The sliders chicken wings are both excellent. Handspun milkshakes for the kids as well. Get the best of both worlds the best pizza in New Orleans, as well as some amazing sliders and chicken tenders“

“REALLY surprised, in the best way, with this experience. The friendly cashier, Regina, was super helpful guiding me in deciding exactly what I wanted from this huge menu of delicious looking food, and it did not disappoint. I hadn’t even finished filling my drink and getting extra Arby’s sauce when she came over with my tray of food! And it was hot & delicious. I think Arby’s might be the only place around where the food you get looks and tastes as good as it looks in the pictures. But the experience was what was beyond expectations on this visit to Nola. This girl who was so efficient behind the counter takes care of her last customer at the register, then heads into the dining area to ask people how things are going and offering to grab their empty trays and wipe down empty tables. Am I really in Arby’s? This is service that used to be fairly common back before this young lady was even born, but seldom seen anymore. But here she was with a smile on her face talking to customers like she owned the place and was genuinely happy to see them stop by. Kudos to her and this whole staff who maintain this clean, efficient, and friendly store.“

“I really enjoyed using the automated drive-through service. It gives me more than enough time to look over the menu It is very fast and responsive and surprisingly understanding with the final result being a family for getting their complete order correctly. Overall very enjoyable experience food was tasty and the actual staff were nice and helpful“

“Writing this on behalf of my mom, a regular mallwalker at Lakeside who often speaks of how friendly the young people who work at the Raising Cane's are when she orders her diet coke (even though she's only ordering a diet coke). FWIW, I do like the fried chicken as well. :)“

“The app is provided to save customers time. I can order and pick up with reduced wait time. However this location does not allow ordering through the app. They have enough business. I don’t feel the purpose of the app is to increase business. It is to save customers time and provide a convenience. So either allow it or don’t have it.“

“My food was hot and fresh and took less than 8 minutes, start to finish.Ordered with the AI voice over intercom, and it worked. I even added a shake at the end, and it understood.The real person at the window seemed happy with the idea of getting a good review, so I hope she sees it!“

“everything about this canes experience is none like other. I came from Oklahoma decided to stop at canes because it’s one of my favorite food places and was delicious. Perfectly service was amazing above and beyond great attitude associate walked around and asked how everything was, stored was clean. “Is Taco Bell location is actually really great
They always have your order correct nine times out of 10 and if there is a mistake they instantly already to get it fixed for you. I have not been inside the location since 2020 but the drive-thru has always been smooth with no issues and the employees are always kind“
