First off, after we ordered at the drivethrough with an obvious AI system, we pulled up to the window only to be asked by the staff member to pull back behind the line until she waved us up. I assume to keep their quote about wait times? ?♀️?♀️We sat for a good bit and the car behind us was getting frustrated at why weren't moving to the window and starting honking. This made me very uncomfortable and unfortunately in the world we live in, people do crazy things...read full review
I can't remember the young ladies name... but she did say that her mother and I had the same name but different spellings... she was really a pleasant person...eventhough the drive-through was blocked, we didn't have a problem walking up and placing our orders because of her positive attitude...
