Came to this rally’s at 11, literally wouldn’t fry anything when they still had an hour before close. Highly disappointed they didn’t have any chicken any bacon any fries . Pretty much nothing and will be telling my executives to go to a different one. HIRE LESS LAZY PEOPLE.

My food was hot and fresh and took less than 8 minutes, start to finish.Ordered with the AI voice over intercom, and it worked. I even added a shake at the end, and it understood.The real person at the window seemed happy with the idea of getting a good review, so I hope she sees it!

Parade season so they closed drive thru, only walkups available, it was extreme cold and windy so we left, really wished they didn't close drive
The walk up and order window closes when the employee's inside say so despite the window display showing open and closed hours , and look forward to being cursed at when you point out the hours , even if your 2 hours before closing,,,Rally's needs to rally that in

The Staff was very customer service oriented. My food was what I expected.
First off, after we ordered at the drivethrough with an obvious AI system, we pulled up to the window only to be asked by the staff member to pull back behind the line until she waved us up. I assume to keep their quote about wait times? ?♀️?♀️We sat for a good bit and the car behind us was getting frustrated at why weren't moving to the window and starting honking. This made me very uncomfortable and unfortunately in the world we live in, people do crazy things for less and ask questions later.Food was good, but not amazing. We hadn't had their food in a while and wanted to try it again. When we ordered we noticed an advertisement for these huge cheese sticks that looked amazing. We were hugely disappointed to pull out of our bag, these puny finger size cheesesticks that tasted like they were microwaved. The burger was okay but the fries were really good.Was hoping for more, but unfortunately now we probably won't go back.

This was by far my favorite fast food place to go but these last 5+ years have been absolutely horrible. They have went down hill and don't seem to be trying to fix any of the problems starting with the low quality service and employees.
