“Was our first time trying this restaurant and we’ll definitely be back! Everything, from the mango lassi and papadam, to the curries and the rasmalai dessert was spectacular. Everything was hot and fresh. Really enjoyed the onion pakoras as an appetizer. Spice levels can be customized as well.

“Great spot, one of my absolute favorites in NOLA. Meghan is incredible and always takes good care of my group when I’m in! I also went for the first time on a Friday afternoon recently and found out that they make a special lemon garlic butter that they put on steaks and stuff, only available on Fridays. I ordered a tuna steak and they put that on there, oh my. Will definitely be back for lunch next time I’m in town.“

“I brought my son to the Metairie LA store today at approximately 7:30pm. This is the first time I had an awful experience. I could not even eat my food. I ordered a burger xtra lettuce xtra MOOYAH sauce grilled onions no pickles wheat bun. A family in front of me placed their to dine in and were given a number. A young lady fixed their food with gloves on her hands and brought it to the family and she takes the number from them with the SAME gloves on her hands and proceeds behind the counter to fix the next order. Sliding her gloved hands along the counter. She goes to the grill to work on the next order. She slides the patty off of the spatula on to the bun with the SAME gloved hands. She then puts the fries in the bag but a handful fell on the counter. She picks the fries up off the counter with the SAME gloved hands and puts them in the bag. Calls my name to tell me that my order is ready. I tell her that I do not want it please make my order over. I take it to go when I get home the order is completely wrong!!! I’m so hungry but upset!!! I’ll be calling them tomorrow.“

“My girlfriend and I both ate here last night for the first time ever. We celebrated our one year anniversary here, and our server Mark made things nothing but wonderful and easy. He had great recommendations and very smoothly moved the night along. He even got us an anniversary dessert with writing on the plate in chocolate and everything. I recommend this place for a fancy date night and if Mark is available, I recommend you get him as a server. I can’t imagine anyone in that place doing a better job than him.“

“my girlfriend and i always order the chicken Pho [we order the same thing every week, unfortunately dong have pics of it becasue i just have to stuff my face] but yesterday i went pick up our food and before picking up i called. i placed my order and it was funny because she called me marie instead of my govn’t name. when i got there, the owner and i laughed because of the mixed names. got on the subject of her liking my tattoo and she started telling me how her tattoo on her back is for her son Michael. my heart shattered and i honestly had tears in my eyes because the way she spoke so beautiful about how this was his dream and she wanted to do this for him was truly beautiful. we got on another subject of why i LOVE this restaurant so much!! yall, they make this broth sun up to sun down so it’s fresh for you! i can have dreams about this pho because of how yummy it is!! everyone needs to go try it! the people who work there are very sweet! great atmosphere!“

“It's been several years since we've been to Equator on Severn in Metairie. Still sooo good! Very nice menu with so many options. Service, food and atmosphere - all excellent. We missed out on the Coconut Lava Cake as they were out, but looking forward to trying it on our next visit.“

“I wanna say thank you to the managers at this location. I ordered food via Uber eats a day ago and it was delivered to the wrong house. I went to my neighbors to look and I could not find it. Uber refused to refund my money because they said a picture was sent of the delivery, but it was not my house. I called this location, since it's where the order came from, and I asked them if they would possibly remake my order after explaining what happened. They did and I really appreciate it. Thank y'all very much.“
