The worst Smoothie King I HAVE EVER VISITED! THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND SLOW AS HACK! After ordering my smoothie, I sat at the pick-up window for over 10 mins waiting on someone to bring my order that had been sitting on the counter for so long that it was mostly watery when I received it. After telling Ash about my smoothie, her reply was that she was the only one making smoothies. Not I'll remake it for you. WILL NOT BE BACK HERE AT ALL.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Placed a mobile order for pick up around 11:15 AM. Showed up at 11:40 AM and there was a line wrapped around the building. I parked my car to go inside to pickup my mobile order but realized this wasn’t a location you’re able to go inside. I saw a worker come out and I asked him if I needed to wait in this long line to pick up a mobile order I placed 30 minutes and he told me he would go check. 5 minutes go by and the worker never came out....read full review

Worst service.Just went through the drive thru, waited 10 mins to place an order, no one answered. Drove to the window explained what happened, the employee stated they were working on online orders, and with no apology from her, she told us it was "policy" that we had to get back in line to order. This happened Sunday, August 13,130pm. Hopefully the owner sees this review and holds the employee accountable for terrible cust service.We found a new location with better service.
