Worst service.Just went through the drive thru, waited 10 mins to place an order, no one answered. Drove to the window explained what happened, the employee stated they were working on online orders, and with no apology from her, she told us it was "policy" that we had to get back in line to order. This happened Sunday, August 13,130pm. Hopefully the owner sees this review and holds the employee accountable for terrible cust service.We found a new location with better service.

The worst Smoothie King I HAVE EVER VISITED! THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND SLOW AS HACK! After ordering my smoothie, I sat at the pick-up window for over 10 mins waiting on someone to bring my order that had been sitting on the counter for so long that it was mostly watery when I received it. After telling Ash about my smoothie, her reply was that she was the only one making smoothies. Not I'll remake it for you. WILL NOT BE BACK HERE AT ALL.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Placed a mobile order for pick up around 11:15 AM. Showed up at 11:40 AM and there was a line wrapped around the building. I parked my car to go inside to pickup my mobile order but realized this wasn’t a location you’re able to go inside. I saw a worker come out and I asked him if I needed to wait in this long line to pick up a mobile order I placed 30 minutes and he told me he would go check. 5 minutes go by and the worker never came out. I would also like to point out the way this smoothie king is set up from a structural standpoint is a joke. It’s almost impossible to enter or exit the property without getting stuck in whatever line is present. With that being said I ended up getting stuck in line so I thought I might as well wait in the line until I get to the intercom and get an update. I finally get to the intercom and it’s now 12:10. The worker said my mobile order was not ready but it would be ready by the time I get to the window. I drove off immediately and did not receive my smoothie. Honestly what is the point of a mobile order? I don’t think this location should offer mobile orders due to the fact there is no dedicated mobile order pickup, no inside access, and you are forced to wait in whatever line that is present to pick up your order. I always do mobile orders to save time but I don’t recommend doing that for this location.

So I’m not the guy to normally leave a bad review, but this is absolutely ridiculous. My daughter is sick and won’t eat, but she will drink a smoothie. I pulled up to this location at approximately 8:44. As Im pulling up to the drive thru, the young girl that was work Thenturns the open sign to closed. I get to the window and the prompter asks me what I would like. Then the young girl cuts the prompt off and says “Sorry sir we’re closed”. I said, “I thought u didn’t close until 9pm?” She says “No we’re closing early today”. Are you kidding me?? If you want to be lazy and not work then go home or go work at McDonald’s. If you’re open until a certain time, you should be taking orders until that time, especially if I’m there 15 minutes before closing. Smoothie king is my favorite place to go, I’ve never been treated like that before. Most unprofessional encounter I’ve had at a Smoothie King. These young ladies should be coached/spoken to.

I was the only person in line and my smoothie took 20 minutes to make. I ordered a small spinach smoothie. When i finally got the smoothie, it was white and clumpy. I know that the spinach smoothie that I normally order is green so I asked the man working if spinach was in it. He said that there was. I took one sip and it was gross. The service was bad, smoothie was gross, and workers were not kind. Do not recommend.

They are always very nice and quick when I come through here. Never once gotten my order wrong. They always say hi to my dog and offer her a treat, so she approves of this location, as well.

My recent experience with mi hermano J.J. Martinez was quite horrendous. There was an african-american woman who refused to serve us, and her buddy Carlton was quite rude. Carlton also does not let Asians stay at her house. #stopasianhate. Our smoothies were chunky and we were not saluted for our service.

Pulled up to this smoothie king at 9:23 and watched 2 workers duck and hide and cut the lights off, 2 minutes later at 9:25 a worker opened the drive thru window and a lot of smoked Dissipated as she waved me forward. She then proceeded to tell that they close at 9 now as I’m looking directly at the hours on the sticker in the window that clearly says mon-fri 6:30-10. I guess you’re establishment allows smoking and hiding from customers and lying about hours to avoid doing any work. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would say do better but instead hire better…Ps I have a video of the whole interaction and it will be forwarded

They make watered down smoothies. Asked to make it thicker they said they can't take it because i stuck my straw in. How am i to certainly know if it's watered down or not if i don't taste it ??
