“We were at the 4 course dinner Thursday night, I’m not one to write reviews but I’m wanting you to know how much we truly enjoyed our time. The food was delicious, drinks loved!! Atmosphere, great. The highlight of our evening was seeing Karen. We usually dine in for lunch. So walking in seeing her was a highlight to our evening. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate and always enjoy seeing her. She always makes our time enjoyable. She is so attentive friendly and funny. She is an asset to your restaurant. Our evening from beginning to end was amazing. Thanks to everyone.“

“We wanted to try something new for dessert and found this place while driving down Severn. After reading over the menu option — there is a wide variety of sweet & savory items — we settled on a dark chocolate milk shake and crème brûlée crepe with strawberries. Absolutely amazing! We did not expect it to be as delicious as it was and now we can’t wait to come back for another sweet crepe. Definitely recommend giving this a try if you haven’t already.“

“I came in from a LONG DAY of work and I met Chelsea she made my day completely better she was super friendly helped me with anything I needed I told her we will be setting up a 30 group reservation an would want her service she’s honestly great at what she does thank you so much chelse“

“I brought my son to the Metairie LA store today at approximately 7:30pm. This is the first time I had an awful experience. I could not even eat my food. I ordered a burger xtra lettuce xtra MOOYAH sauce grilled onions no pickles wheat bun. A family in front of me placed their to dine in and were given a number. A young lady fixed their food with gloves on her hands and brought it to the family and she takes the number from them with the SAME gloves on her hands and proceeds behind the counter to fix the next order. Sliding her gloved hands along the counter. She goes to the grill to work on the next order. She slides the patty off of the spatula on to the bun with the SAME gloved hands. She then puts the fries in the bag but a handful fell on the counter. She picks the fries up off the counter with the SAME gloved hands and puts them in the bag. Calls my name to tell me that my order is ready. I tell her that I do not want it please make my order over. I take it to go when I get home the order is completely wrong!!! I’m so hungry but upset!!! I’ll be calling them tomorrow.“

“The most Polite Host Naja helped me at the counter and was 20 out of 10 patient with me trying to decide on what to choose from and then she had my order and coffee ready so fast and perfect with no mistakes even while waiting on more customers in line.
Then I spoke to one of the most genuine nicest service men there wiping down tables that were already spotless to the eye and getting the sitting area prepared for paitrions to start arriving. We got into a discussion immediately about our morning and today's world 🌎 which was so awesome. He genuinely cared about our conversation and paid attention the convo wasn't just pushing me along. As a Military personnel standpoint this is exactly what we need in today's workplace 🙌... Plus they had offered Military discount as well. So many places have gotten away from appreciating out Military with a simple small discount for what they do, and it does go a long way.
Thank you so much La Madeleine for this awesome start to my Thursday morning. I will definitely be telling everyone on Base about my experience and will come back again, and again from now on. Hope everyone has a blessed day and gets a raise and award of some sort.“
