I rethought this review because I am in the service industry myself but NO, I could not let this slide. The service was great I appreciated that but my pasty I ordered for desert to take home is where they lost me. I order these every time I am at La Madeleine and have not ever once had a problem until I went to this location in particular. The food is good, it's a chain but nothing is bad here. I love eating here every once in a while and my kids love picking out their own food. The staff is sweet too. Everyone was helpful and nice!

First of all the staff here are amazing! Everyone was helpful and patient with me. Breakfast sandwiches, Bf platter, tomato soup, and multiple bakery items were all appreciated and tasty.
