Used to be one of my favorite lunch spots. They remodeled and lost everything good about the business. Before, the atmosphere was warm and cozy. Now it's just cold and sterile. The Caesar dressing is watery. The soup is not hot enough. My wife asked for an iced coffee, which they forgot. When we got it, it was basically cream with a drop of coffee. This place fell off.

Good European style food, nice atmosphere, and a fun area to be around. Good place to go with friends and family. Quick service.

First of all the staff here are amazing! Everyone was helpful and patient with me. Breakfast sandwiches, Bf platter, tomato soup, and multiple bakery items were all appreciated and tasty.
I don't remember the name but everything is delicious, the coffee is delicious

Great choices and tasty cuisine in a cafeteria setting. Unexpectedly delicious soups (my favorite is the onion), good salads (I love the chicken salad), and pastries that will leave you smiling (my current favorite is the freshly baked brownie).

This was one of the strangest restaurant experience I've had. I came in about 30 mins after opening. There was a table of 4 guys at a table in the corner and one guy eating at a table by the restrooms. I stood for a moment waiting to be stated. There were 2 ladies on the other side of the counter talking. They looked at me standing there, but waited a minute before saying "sit anywhere". I sat down and was looking at my phone, waiting for a server. A couple of minutes went by and they said "coffee's over there". Hmm. I said, oh do it yourself, huh. I got coffee, sat down and realized no one was bringing menús. I asked where they were. "Over in front".Ok, looked at the menu (the ladies hadn't moved), decided what I wanted, and said "ok, now what"? She pointed to a register and said she would take my order there. I ordered and paid, and thought it was hilarious that they asked about a tip. Food came out, ding ding... the ladies didn't move. The guy eating by the restroom came and got the food and placed it on my table.Food was ok, but service, atmosphere, operations and management is non existant.Avoid!!

la Madeleine has been around for a long time. Friendly cheerful staff, but it's time for an upgrade.
I rethought this review because I am in the service industry myself but NO, I could not let this slide. The service was great I appreciated that but my pasty I ordered for desert to take home is where they lost me. I order these every time I am at La Madeleine and have not ever once had a problem until I went to this location in particular. I took one bite and it went straight in the trash can, tasted very bad and spoiled. Like it had been defrosted then froze twice before having out to be served. The color and presentation threw me off to begin with but when I took that bite I almost gagged.

This used to be my go to for a quick lunch but now so many items are made in the kitchen, rather than the cafeteria line, it takes just as long as a sit-down restaurant.
