“I’m a regular PF Chang customer. I travel from the westbank of Greater New Orleans to the east bank to dine at PF Changs. Well, today’s visit did start off going good. My server was overwhelmed and lacking in service. Before I could really lose my composure, Tanya (manager) appeared from nowhere. She could see that I was not happy. She was so understanding about my complaints and sis not hesitate in extending her apologies. She did not make any excuses. She just assured me that she would personally make sure that my problem would be resolved. She served with a smile and did not make me feel like I was just another nagging customer. She made me feel like, me being happy with my service and food was her ultimate goal. It turned out to be one of my best experiences at P F Chang. It’s always great to know that a restaurant has a real manager!!! Kudos also to Jordan. He is so humble and attentive. My 8 y.o. godchild really enjoyed the experience and says it’s his favorite restaurant. Thanks again PF Chang!“

“Great quality food! Really enjoyed the Mandarin Chicken and husband loves the Sweet & Sour Pork. Fried rice is very good and the Egg Rolls are delicious too ( not just cabbage) Family business that takes pride in their food! Wonderful staff to assist you!!! Can't wait to try more on the menu! “Everything was fresh and hot, and super tasty! Definitely reminded me of an old-school Chinese kitchen. The lunch plates give you so much food, honestly enough for two people. We had the General Tso’s and sesame chicken, and the chicken was meaty, not fatty at all. The shrimp fried rice was loaded and really good. The egg rolls were big, stuffed, and not greasy. The chow chow didn’t have chopped seasoning in it, but the meat was seasoned well so I didn’t mind. We’ll for sure be back!“

“I go to Chinatown in every big city where I travel so that I can get my dim sum fix. Bamboo House “scratches that itch” and so glad this was recommended to us. Clean bright nice decor but not pretentious. Come hungry for freshly rolled dumplings. Soup dumplings, shu mei, steamed pork bao, pan fried pork dumplings - all very good. Enjoyed the beef chow fun with bok choy, pork fried rice. Will be a regular patron at Bamboo House“

“Delicious! We got a to-go order. All of the food was fresh and hot and delicious! AND it was ready quick so we didn’t have to wait long. Egg rolls were great! Crab Rangoon was delicious! Shrimp and lobster sauce was awesome! The sauce was great and had lots of shrimp! Spare ribs were delicious! Everything was good! Highly recommend! We will definitely be eating there again!“

I’ve been coming to this place my whole life, and I just wanted to leave a truly heartfelt review. The food has always been amazing, but I want to share something personal.

Some time ago, my dad became very sick due to his own health issues — not from the food here. During that time, he wouldn’t eat anything for weeks. One day, I brought home a plate of food from this restaurant, and as soon as he smelled it, he said, “That smells really good.” I told him I had plenty and offered him some. He finally decided to try it, and after the first bite, he said, “That’s the best Chinese food I’ve ever had.”

From that day on, my dad started eating again—this food gave him his appetite back. For the remaining weeks of his life, he ate from here almost every day. Because of this restaurant, he gained some strength back, and I truly believe that him eating again gave him more time with me.

“This is my favorite Chinese takeout place in Metairie, LA. Huge menu, very fast availability even when they are busy. Parking is tight, but it's a takeout place, so it opens up quickly with the fast turnover of the pickups. Have been eating from here for a decade plus, have eaten many different menu selections, and have always been satisfied. My extended family all live around here, and we all eat here as a go to quicky takeout place. Try it out if you are in the area.“

“This location has the beyond chicken (plant based) so I’ve come a few times. Every time I’ve come the food has been fresh, the staff is polite and friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I’ll keep coming back as long as they still have beyond chicken.
