Great food, well priced, friendly service, and good quality and quantity. I live in the CBD but always come here for my Chinese takeout. “I’m a regular PF Chang customer. I travel from the westbank of Greater New Orleans to the east bank to dine at PF Changs. Well, today’s visit did start off going good. My server was overwhelmed and lacking in service. Before I could really lose my composure, Tanya (manager) appeared from nowhere. She could see that I was not happy. She was so understanding about my complaints and sis not hesitate in extending her apologies. She did not make any excuses. She just assured me that she would personally make sure that my problem would be resolved. She served with a smile and did not make me feel like I was just another nagging customer. She made me feel like, me being happy with my service and food was her ultimate goal. It turned out to be one of my best experiences at P F Chang. It’s always great to know that a restaurant has a real manager!!! Kudos also to Jordan. He is so humble and attentive. “A true neighborhood gem on St. Bernard Ave. The homemade shrimp egg rolls and everything fried rice are absolutely fire — cooked fresh to order and the portions are massive, easily enough for two full meals. The parking lot stays packed all day which tells you everything you need to know.

“Everything was fresh and hot, and super tasty! Definitely reminded me of an old-school Chinese kitchen. The lunch plates give you so much food, honestly enough for two people. We had the General Tso’s and sesame chicken, and the chicken was meaty, not fatty at all. The shrimp fried rice was loaded and really good. The egg rolls were big, stuffed, and not greasy. The chow chow didn’t have chopped seasoning in it, but the meat was seasoned well so I didn’t mind. We’ll for sure be back!“

I live on the Gulf Coast of Alabama and the Chinese food is absolutely terrible, small portions, yellow rice(for fried rice), and expensive for the amount of food. This was the best Chinese I've had since leaving California. It smelled great, and tasted even better, and at a reasonable price. Clean bright nice decor but not pretentious. Come hungry for freshly rolled dumplings. Soup dumplings, shu mei, steamed pork bao, pan fried pork dumplings - all very good. “I’m rating this place by the last time I ate here… I think maybe 23 years ago at this point in my life… this is my biased opinion. This is how I grew up… this place, as a child, were the happiest moments in my life with my family and friends. Life happens. You don’t see people and they go away like the seasons… but I need to go back to the 504 soon. I miss this place so much and all the reviews and pictures make me reminisce of my childhood… when I was innocent and had less responsibilities… my parents were great for spoiling me for the rest of my life on Cantonese cuisine. We picked up our order gave them a 50 dollar bill to include a tip and we did not receive the fried dumplings. “Delicious! We got a to-go order. All of the food was fresh and hot and delicious! AND it was ready quick so we didn’t have to wait long. Egg rolls were great! Crab Rangoon was delicious! “Everything you'd expect from a solid Chinese restaurant in New Orleans. They have all the classics and favorites, the sauces are very consistent and the service is always nice. They offer tofu dishes and let me change the sauce for variety. Delivery fee is very affordable, always arrives promptly, and they're good about following delivery instructions. I've never been disappointed, it's my go-to spot in mid city. The general tso and orange sauce is on point!

Vegetarian options: Consistently good fried tofu. I get the general tso tofu and I'm happy every time.

Parking: There are very limited parking spots on the street, some people park in the smoothie king lot but it gets really congested with people who don't know how to park.
