“Had the Sunday dinner buffet. The sushi bar was on point and was DELISH. Tried some new dishes I have never had, they were flavorful, the boiled crawfish, shrimp, and whole crabs were great!!! The crawfish was not full of heat but flavored well and since I cant have spicy it worked well for me. I highly recommend and will be back while I visit Covington!!!“

“Definitely one of the best take out restaurants in Covington. I’ve tried several other Chinese restaurants in the area. The selection and servings are great. It’s cooked by order. So it’s always fresh and hot. They have a very nice selection and the prices are fair.“

“We had the most wonderful dinner here tonight and excellent service. Started with the Snowcrab Avocado Salad and Eggrolls, then enjoyed 2 Sushi rolls and Chow Mein. Everything was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back again soon“

“General tile chicken, lo mein chicken broccoli dumplings. This is what we ordered all excellent the lo mein is not spaghetti noodles like you see at other restaurants wonderful sauce for the generals chicken as well as the chicken and broccoli highly recommended.“

“The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly. They didnt have a lot of prepped entrees when I got there at 7. They had a lot of empty bowls and what was already made, like the noodles and orange chicken, it wasn't as fresh as I'd like it to be. Price was decent, $12 bucks for a bowl and a drink.“

“Amazing! By far the best Chinese food I’ve had around here. You can tell this food is made with love by this family. I went in to pick it up and they are all working very hard back there to serve there customers. I got the dumplings, egg rolls, and beef and broccoli. Everything was very good. The Beef and Broccoli was a great portion for what I paid. I definitely had left overs.“

“GREAT PLACE FOR DATE NIGHT! Trey Yuen has been rated one of the top restaurants in the country multiple times over the decades. You WILL NOT find a restaurant like this ANYWHERE. The owners are famous chefs from China. It’s not just Chinese food. It’s Chinese Cajun Creole Seafood and it’s ONE OF A KIND and AMAZING. The building is unique and gorgeous, the staff is extremely friendly.“

“If I could give more than five stars, I would — because Jennifer and her crew at China’s Kitchen are absolutely crushing it! I had the combo fried rice, Mandarin chicken, sesame chicken, AND broccoli chicken ... because I couldn't pick just one !! Every single bite was next-level amazing.
The combo fried rice? Pure perfection — packed with flavor.... the Mandarin chicken - Sweet, tangy, and downright addictive.
The sesame chicken? Crunchy gold! And that broccoli chicken? Somehow comforting and gourmet at the same time.
Jennifer is amazing — always friendly, always consistent, and you can taste the love in the food. If you’re anywhere near Mandeville, stop what you’re doing and go eat here. Trust me… you’ll leave full, happy, and planning your next meal before you’ve even left the parking lot.“

“It’s our first time trying chinese food from this restaurant and we’re glad we gave it a try. We’re satisfied with all the food we ordered.
Egg rolls - it’s freshly fried. It’s kinda sweeter than the other egg rolls I’ve tried but I like sweet and salty so I like it.
Orange Chicken - it’s not as bad as what they’ve said on bad reviews. I can taste the chicken & I like it. I hope they put a little bit more orange flavor though.
Beef Lo Mein - I love it! I will come back for this lo mein! It’s flavorful & has a lot of meat.

“Best noodles! Not vermicelli or angle hair which is not authentic!
Pretty good prices for a lot of food. Good dumplings too! They pan stir fry instead of deep fry!! Much better result!! This about 90% to go food. Very small dining room.“
