Bamboo House is a great spot for dim sum and Chinese food. The food is absolutely delicious, fresh, and light, not heavy and greasy. Everything comes out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The dumplings are perfectly made, the buns are soft and flavorful, and the crispy dishes have a great crunch without being greasy. Specific meals enjoyed include beef in fish sauce, the noodles plate, kung pao, orange chicken, soup dumplings, shu mei, steamed pork bao, pan fried pork dumplings, beef chow fun with bok choy, pork fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, Mongolian beef, and honey chicken. The service is fast, with a very inviting atmosphere and clean, bright, nice decor that is not pretentious. The staff are very friendly, and the server explained the menu, which was very helpful. There are lots of good seating options without feeling cramped, with several round tables for groups and families. This is a perfect place to share a bunch of dishes with friends and try a little bit of everything.
