We've tried two so far, and we're making our way through all of the different curries they have. We love the spices they use there. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!“

I was not super impressed by the food - the morning bun was overly sweet. The peach bun did not have enough peach flavor. The dolce & banana was all sugar with very little banana flavor. The brown butter cookie was alright. The mustard and onion savory croissant had great flavors. Every item, however, was missing the freshly made crunch I was expecting from puff pastry on the edges - I’m not sure why.

There was a steady short line inside when I visited on a Saturday morning. Easy to find seats.“

“While I’ll aways recommend, tonight definitely was a damper on what used to hold a top reputation for years for us. We went for our 17th anniversary (just 2 people). And I cannot tell you how many times we kinda got lost in the system and the service was soooo slow! They comp a drink but to be honest- 2 hours for a meal for 2 people is just long. Chocolate dessert seemed to be shrinking in size as well. For a $200 meal for 2, I personally wouldn’t have wanted to repeat the night again. Steak was okay but chewy and my husband’s more expensive steak, lacked flavor. I love ya La Boca but tonight will probably make us wait a bit to return.“

We had tried a seafood restaurant the day before in the French quarter and left a bit disappointed thinking we wouldn't get the great dining experience we were hoping for while in New Orleans, but Restaurant des Familles more than provided. “We wanted to try something new for dessert and found this place while driving down Severn. After reading over the menu option — there is a wide variety of sweet & savory items — we settled on a dark chocolate milk shake and crème brûlée crepe with strawberries. Absolutely amazing! We did not expect it to be as delicious as it was and now we can’t wait to come back for another sweet crepe. Definitely recommend giving this a try if you haven’t already.“

“I am bias. My husband proposed at Bonefish Grill. We use to go every Wednesday before we had a child and still go when we can for bang bang. The staff is always polite and friendly. If you haven’t did one monthly experience tastings; please do. One my favorite restaurant chains. We even created a bang band burger it’s massive but so worth it. Come on in to Metairie; you will not regret it.“

“After getting into town late and checking into my hotel(Hampton Inn directly behind the restaurant), I realized how hungry I was. It was relatively late for dinner but I checked out Ditali's menu, saw that they were still open and decided to order the Calzone. I ordered online without any issues. Maaann....was I in for surprise. One of the legit best meals I've had in a long time! The portions are huge and the marinara was excellent! The staff were very friendly and were very helpful when I picked up! I will most certainly be recommending and dining with Ditali's again!“
