Fast Food Restaurants in Chalmette

“See update below. Didn't get food, it even get to order, as they left me hanging at the drive through almost 10 minutes, then 5 more at the widow, only to come and tell me that they were closed. I drove away at exactly their closing time, so I suppose they usually stop taking orders 15 minutes before closing, so they can clean up and reduce labor costs.

Update. Gerrika called me and we talked about my experience.

Great experience, tried the new Smash Burger with chili tots and, of course, a large cherry limeade. Perfect order, great new burger, really appreciate the follow up and care taken to address consumer concerns.“

“We were in there earlier today and my 3 year old started choking and your cashier Danielle P didn’t hesitate to jump in and help me. She picked my daughter and hit her on the back several times which, luckily, was all it took to clear her airway. “I've been to every McDonald's in New Orleans, chalmette and Metairie. The service that judge Perez in chalmette was fantastic. The lady who waited on me and I'm so sorry I didn't get her name but it was 10:15 on April 18th. Judge Perez in chalmette. She was courteous. Pleasant and lo and behold. She delivered my food on a tray. All the other McDonald's I've been to in the cities listed above. Horrible. They were rude insisted. I used the kiosk which I will never do and I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my food and most of the time it was cold. This location deserves five stars“

“Took my granddaughter to McDonald's after shopping all day. Went through the drive through where the cashier was polite at window 1 . The young man working at the window 2 was courteous and handled the orders.The line wasn't too bad but it was only 3:30 p.m keep up the great job y'all are doing.“

“One of the nicer Taco Bells in the NOLA area. Staff was nice. Food was fresh, which is rare anymore. My only complaint was they way they put the tacos in the bag, so when I pulled one out, it came apart completely, falling out of the wrapper with meat and toppings dumping out. Happened with every taco. Good thing I got simple tacos. If I had alot of stuff inside, I would've been upset. Instead, I laughed it off.“

Well, about 10mins later I was sitting in the nail place n the subway worker walked in. She had went n bought forks n brought me one! That is what I call GREAT SERVICE!
