Well, about 10mins later I was sitting in the nail place n the subway worker walked in. She had went n bought forks n brought me one! That is what I call GREAT SERVICE! I dont know her name but she was the sweetest!“

“On a recommendation from a friend that was in New Orleans a few weeks ago I popped into Erin Rose to grab a Black Beer Beef Debris poboy. The depth of flavor is outstanding! I've been in town 5 days and it's the best thing I've eaten so far!“

“I grew up eating here from the time I was going to school across the street. This is one of those reasons you come home periodically. The original owner Mrs. Jeneau was a treasure. She treated us kids back then like we where her own. Now, Mrs. Nina has kept the atmosphere alive and the original foods true to form. “Philly Cheese steak poboy...with handcut fries...delicious. outside seating. ..nope, sitting at a table in the ditch along a very busy street with cars zooming past...nahhhh they have inside seat available but the worker at the register (owner?) told me inside seating wasn't open "this afternoon due to a large party coming in..." they never showed the whole time I ate outside over the dirty ditch. food great, I'll take mine ToGo next time unless inside is available.“

“Under new ownership. Same menu, different faces. Tastes the same tbh but the service can use improvement. All the same equipment but a new, far more convenient point of sale card machine. The fountain drink machine needs to be calibrated, there waa way more soda water rather than syrup. All minor inconveniences that im sure will be remedied. I am hopeful these guys can live up to the legacy of the nice couple that ran this place as long as I can remember. I'll check back in a few months.“

Vegetarian options: I was at another location and this couple ordered a flat bread with vegetables only i will be trying that next“

Also wrapped my sandwich in foil and sealed it so it would stay hot. I haven’t received preparation like this before . Thank you for starting off my day ‼️ 10/10 I recommend this location.“

“Great subs. I like the way there is always a special on so you can get a deal. Being able to personalize your meal is so important! I love getting the chopped salad with jalapeños. My husband loves the meatball sub. My daughter adds egg and guacamole to everything. Subway gives everyone the opportunity to have exactly what they want and there is a great variety.“

“So listen, this Subway location is one of my absolute favorites. It is tucked away in a spot that is not that easy to find, but if you find it, you will be happy. The owners are really nice. Took advantage of the BOGO deal, I got a Loaded Philly cheese steak IT WAS MADE TO PERFECTION / My other Sandwich was a go to. they dropped the ball but it wasn't a deal breaker just made for a EXTRA DRY SAMMI! IT WAS AN PEPPERONI PIZZA SUB EXTRA PEPPS...(but they forgot the most important part!!!) THE PIZZA SAUCE ????
Overall both Sandwiches were neat made with care.

“The store is clean; the staff is very warm and friendly. I don't eat a lot of bread due to the preservatives and other chemicals. I went in with my girl and I did not order anything; I explained why to Mrs. Lou-Ann. The next time I went in with my girl; Mrs. Lou-Ann cut off the ingredient list of two types of bread to show me what they contained. That is great customer service; she touched my heart with going the extra mile! Still a fantastic sandwich shop.“

“As a chain Subway is better than most other fast food joints. This one in particular though, was a great experience. The ladies behind the transparent wall o' sandwich stuff were friendly, funny, and fast at their job. The one who put the sandwiches together had me cracking up. Lastly, my gf loves their chocolate chip cookies and that was the only kind of cookies with an empty spot. However, they brought some fresh baked ones out for me and really made my girl's day brighter.(side note: ppl need to tip more, their tip box was so sad)“

“Refused my order because the sandwich makers refused to stop talking while preparing my sandwich. I asked her at least twice not to talk over my order, but then the other employee felt insured by my request and stated firmly that they had to communicate. Excuse me, but what communication needed to take place over my order, it wasn't a new employee and it wasn't about anything over my order so she should not have been talking while preparing my meal. And this lady was very short so her breath was just a foot over my meal while preparing. I told them I did not want it and went to another Subway and reported the incident to headquarters...I haven't been back since and that was my favorite Sunway..“

“This Subway is great the African-American female associate is great!!! Who was on duty 2/29/20 at 3:45 P.M. had to complete a large catering order and wait on walk in customers at the same and completed both tasks without any mistakes and with the utmost professionalism. I will defiantly be a regular customer here on a weekly basis.“

“I don't know what some of the one stars on here are complaining about, I've been here dozens of times in the years I've been at this station and it's been good every time. They've always been polite, respectful, and made my food exactly to my wishes never missing a beat. Awesome staff, and the food is always good. I've yet to have a bad experience at this location in any capacity from cleanliness to attitude of staff.“
