“Under new ownership. Same menu, different faces. Tastes the same tbh but the service can use improvement. All the same equipment but a new, far more convenient point of sale card machine. The fountain drink machine needs to be calibrated, there waa way more soda water rather than syrup. All minor inconveniences that im sure will be remedied. I am hopeful these guys can live up to the legacy of the nice couple that ran this place as long as I can remember. I'll check back in a few months.“

“I normally don’t write reviews but I have to give it when it’s due. I went to get breakfast today (2/1/2023) I was greeted very kindly. She paid attention to detail and neatly prepared my food. Also wrapped my sandwich in foil and sealed it so it would stay hot. I haven’t received preparation like this before . Thank you for starting off my day ‼️ 10/10 I recommend this location.“

“Refused my order because the sandwich makers refused to stop talking while preparing my sandwich. I asked her at least twice not to talk over my order, but then the other employee felt insured by my request and stated firmly that they had to communicate. Excuse me, but what communication needed to take place over my order, it wasn't a new employee and it wasn't about anything over my order so she should not have been talking while preparing my meal. And this lady was very short so her breath was just a foot over my meal while preparing. I told them I did not want it and went to another Subway and reported the incident to headquarters...I haven't been back since and that was my favorite Sunway..“
