“The new location on barataria is beautiful! The food is delicious as always and the staff is always friendly and smiling. I love everything on the menu, but some of my favorites are, of course, the Mew Orleans Muffaletta, Shrimp Poboy, roast beef on muffaletta bread, eggplant sticks, and the fried mushrooms. You can't go wrong with anything!“

“The store is clean; the staff is very warm and friendly. I don't eat a lot of bread due to the preservatives and other chemicals. I went in with my girl and I did not order anything; I explained why to Mrs. Lou-Ann. The next time I went in with my girl; Mrs. Lou-Ann cut off the ingredient list of two types of bread to show me what they contained. That is great customer service; she touched my heart with going the extra mile! Still a fantastic sandwich shop.“

He handled my order with care, the sandwiches he made were outstanding, even the way he wrapped the sandwiches was with care; he deserves all of the praise I can give him, you should too. “Best subway around. A lovely couple runs this location and they always have a way of making you feel happy.The way the woman that works here smiles at everyone is so wholesome and warm. It’s almost indescribable but you can tell she is genuinely happy and content with her life and adorable family. Such a great vibe.The food is always fresh. (Never stale bread or anything) and they give you that old school subway experience loading your sandwich with tons of toppingsAlso a SUPER CLEAN location. I love me a spotless food joint.I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’ve been here multiple times.I would like to add that yes they have their children there sometimes. And yes sometimes they are on the phone. They are people. And they aren’t perfect but I’ve never felt uncomfortable or like and inconvenience. We need to stop acting like a sterile business is the only way something can operate.“
“I really love this place,, I prefer this subway over any others in marrero. I go to this one probably once or twice a month, and I always get tuna fish, no bread and pickles on the side. (Yes I know,, it's crazy) but the crew there is amazing, always polite and in good mood. I went there today 08/20/2020, and as always,, great service. I'm not one to really write reviews, especially bad reviews, you have to really piss me off for me to write a bad review, and for good reviews,, you have to really impress me. I've never had a bad experience at this location, just never wrote a review. But had too today. I really appreciate the staff there, and want them to be recognized, no one in particular, (I'm bad at names) but all the staff. Hopefully the owner or manager sees this, and is able to know the 2 ladies working tonight. But also, to recognize all the staff. They really are an amazing store and staff.“
“Love Jimmy John’s I love the freshness every ingredient never had a bad sandwich yet however New Year’s Eve Ordered online like I always do paid for it in the app went over to pick up the sandwich and the young man told me that it was not ready yet and to wait in the front few minutes later he came out and said hey were out of French bread OK put it on w toast when he went back in the store came back out ma’am I’m sorry we’re out of cheeseI said no that’s what I like about the sandwich cheese if you don’t have the cheese I think I need to cancel it so he told me he was going to go in and give me a refund never got a refund I will call the store today to find out what happened to my refund.“
“Addicted to the chicken salad poboy. I normally never ever eat chicken salad anywhere. I make my own and I don't really eat much of it. The roast beef was very very good. And of course the ham was good. My least favorite maybe was the shrimp po-boy but if I'd put a little drop of ketchup I might have even liked it better. I sampled from their catering menu. They're bread is nice and soft and not chewy. I really can't say enough about this place“
