“i ordered on doordash today, and unfortunately my sandwhich was switched with another sandwich. i called to let them know my sandwich wasn’t the right one and they apologized immediately, asked if i can pick up the sandwich if they remade it, and gave me a refund as well! i’m not sure who i spoke to but thank you, thank you!!“
“I don't know what some of the one stars on here are complaining about, I've been here dozens of times in the years I've been at this station and it's been good every time. They've always been polite, respectful, and made my food exactly to my wishes never missing a beat. Awesome staff, and the food is always good. I've yet to have a bad experience at this location in any capacity from cleanliness to attitude of staff.“

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Upon entry the staff is extremely welcoming, warm hearted and kind!! I was having a pregnancy craving for a homemade burger at 930am and stumbled upon this gem on the westbank. And this was by far one of thee best burgers I’ve ever had in my life! Baby was satisfied and dancing in my belly while I ate lol! I loved everything about this place, hospitality and staff, and the food! They even gave us a sample of their famous “Weenie Sandwich” which my 4 year old loveeee with an added touch of French fries ! Thank yall so much, I’ll definitely be a forever customer !“

“Michael and Brice are wonderful. They did a catering job for our office which is on Lakeshore Drive in New Orleans and everyone was so impressed. We are definitely going to use them again. The sandwiches were all clearly labeled as to what they were and what was in each sandwich.“

“I can't say enough about how friendly and genuine my interactions with Ellen at Luca Eats has been. She's responsive and so kind. Our catering order was a hit - we got the Big Luca, a delicious Caesar, veggie tray and the chips!! The food was fresh and delicious. Everyone loved it. I love supporting small businesses like Luca Eats. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.“

“Under new ownership. Same menu, different faces. Tastes the same tbh but the service can use improvement. All the same equipment but a new, far more convenient point of sale card machine. The fountain drink machine needs to be calibrated, there waa way more soda water rather than syrup. All minor inconveniences that im sure will be remedied. I am hopeful these guys can live up to the legacy of the nice couple that ran this place as long as I can remember. I'll check back in a few months.“

“I normally don’t write reviews but I have to give it when it’s due. I went to get breakfast today (2/1/2023) I was greeted very kindly. She paid attention to detail and neatly prepared my food. Also wrapped my sandwich in foil and sealed it so it would stay hot. I haven’t received preparation like this before . Thank you for starting off my day ‼️ 10/10 I recommend this location.“

“Work across the street and grab a sandwich maybe twice a month and sometimes will run across the street for a quick cup of water. They are always kind and know how to make a sandwich. Clean, fast, and friendly. There’s two ladies who work there if you see one of em when you go in, game over 10/10 sandwich“
“Out of all the Subway's I've patronized, this one is the cat's pajamas baby! I don't frequent this all to often, but when I do, the guy remembers me and my order and asks where I've been. Not as impressive if this place were never busy, but it's gangbusters all the time. Barking out orders, making small talk, slingin sandwiches.“

“Refused my order because the sandwich makers refused to stop talking while preparing my sandwich. I asked her at least twice not to talk over my order, but then the other employee felt insured by my request and stated firmly that they had to communicate. Excuse me, but what communication needed to take place over my order, it wasn't a new employee and it wasn't about anything over my order so she should not have been talking while preparing my meal. And this lady was very short so her breath was just a foot over my meal while preparing. I told them I did not want it and went to another Subway and reported the incident to headquarters...I haven't been back since and that was my favorite Sunway..“
“I bought large order. The website very easy to use. When I got to store my order was ready sealed for freshest and my Receipt had my Name very large so you can read your name. Staff greeted everyone who walked in. I ended up ordering one more sandwich ? and it was well made .None of my sandwiches were prepared sloppy.“

Took advantage of the BOGO deal, I got a Loaded Philly cheese steak IT WAS MADE TO PERFECTION / My other Sandwich was a go to. they dropped the ball but it wasn't a deal breaker just made for a EXTRA DRY SAMMI! IT WAS AN PEPPERONI PIZZA SUB EXTRA PEPPS...(but they forgot the most important part!!!) THE PIZZA SAUCE ????
Overall both Sandwiches were neat made with care.
I give this location a STRONG 3.8-5“
