The turkey sub was great! My husband got a cheeseburger and fries which he really enjoyed. Don’t order the fried pickles if you’ve ever had the ones from Hattie B’s. Nothing else will ever compare.
It might not look pretty from the photo but this sandwich packed a ton of flavor. This was the last stop on our trip to New Orleans and what a better way to end it than with a Po Boy. I have watched a bunch of videos on this place so I was excited to finally be here in person. It has a ton of character and it feels like a real treat for the area. This was our first trip to New Orleans. I asked a friend from Louisiana where we should go to eat. Top of the list was Parkway Bakery & Tavern and she was not wrong!
