“Im not sure if I’ve ever entered an establishment that made getting lunch feel like going to my mothers for lunch. I do know coming here for lunch, did in fact make me feel that way. The franchise owner here is a step above the rest. Ive seen him “get his hands dirty” (figuratively of course) on the line when it gets busy and he runs a tight ship. Definitely deserves praise for that, and all - and I mean all of his staff, are a testament to that. Kudos to them as well.“

“It was a breath of fresh air visiting Jimmy John’s yesterday. In a world where you rarely find good customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely kind, yet efficient way they handled my order. And as I sat back and watched the team work together with smiles on their faces, I couldn’t help but have a smile on my face too. After receiving my sandwich, I asked the cashier if I could speak with the manager, she looked up and with a smile said “I am the manager”. I let her know what a fantastic job she was doing!! I try not to frequent fast food places but if I do it will only be Chick Fil A and THIS Jimmy Johns in Covington!!“

“I travel all over the country and this Subway makes THE best sandwiches. I’ve actually never been to a better subway. The bread is always fresh. Same with the veggies. I had to talk myself out of ordering multiple sandwiches each day! This isn’t really a dine-in location since it’s in a hospital. But takeout would be worth it.“

“Denise was very nice the last 3 visits … When I asked the guy manager when will she be working again He stated everybody thinks she is rude Thats uncalled for. That was rude. I just said well she gave me good service. If you look close at photos he is also sitting eating and playing on computer.“

“My husband went to pick up my order for lunch while I was at work online it said they were opened at 8 but when my husband got there at 8:45 the store was still closed and my husband was panicking on how to cancel the order.
