Based on reviews, Firehouse Subs - Covington, LA has great food. The customer service is 5 star, with employees who are nice, full of smiles, and working as a team. One cashier was described as the nicest person. The food was amazing and enjoyed by a customer and their daughter. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. However, the receipt is deceiving, as it does not show the $3.99 extra per meal deal for chips and a drink. Also, online orders may involve waiting in line because the grab-and-go shelves are taken up, which defeats the purpose of a quick lunch.
