“I ordered the double bacon deluxe. It was very good. The tots are tots. The onion rings were odd. They had an odd sweetness, almost like a hint of a fritter. The cooking oil needs to be changed out more often. I didn’t care for that, but the burger was really good.“

The franchise owner here is a step above the rest. Ive seen him “get his hands dirty” (figuratively of course) on the line when it gets busy and he runs a tight ship. “It was a breath of fresh air visiting Jimmy John’s yesterday. In a world where you rarely find good customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely kind, yet efficient way they handled my order. And as I sat back and watched the team work together with smiles on their faces, I couldn’t help but have a smile on my face too. After receiving my sandwich, I asked the cashier if I could speak with the manager, she looked up and with a smile said “I am the manager”. I let her know what a fantastic job she was doing!! I try not to frequent fast food places but if I do it will only be Chick Fil A and THIS Jimmy Johns in Covington!!“

“Probably the cleanest and most organized subway I’ve visited. My sandwich artist (Katie) did a great job of listening to the details of my order and making my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. There are 2 different location I passed and will continue to pass to go to this one. Great experience here !!“

“I had ordered two pizzas from this establishment. They were delivered in a very timely manner and when I was walking inside my house with them, I dropped them in my garage onto a bunch of metal shavings. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she replaced my order with a new one let me add. This was 100% my fault and it was taken care of by the store. Excellent service.“

I had to talk myself out of ordering multiple sandwiches each day! This isn’t really a dine-in location since it’s in a hospital. But takeout would be worth it.“
