“I had ordered two pizzas from this establishment. They were delivered in a very timely manner and when I was walking inside my house with them, I dropped them in my garage onto a bunch of metal shavings. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she replaced my order with a new one let me add. This was 100% my fault and it was taken care of by the store. Excellent service.“

In a world where you rarely find good customer service, I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely kind, yet efficient way they handled my order. And as I sat back and watched the team work together with smiles on their faces, I couldn’t help but have a smile on my face too. After receiving my sandwich, I asked the cashier if I could speak with the manager, she looked up and with a smile said “I am the manager”. I let her know what a fantastic job she was doing!!
