“I am not a coffee drinker but my husband is. He wanted to try PJs so I went there maybe 30 minutes ago. I forgot my cane at home and on the way out, I was a bit unsteady on my feet. The young lady wiping down the tables not only helped me by carrying my drink carrier, but, she took my bag and offered her shoulder for me to steady myself as we walked to my car. She has an 80 year old Grandmother she takes care of and understood my unsteadiness. I do hope her Grandmother knows what an angel she has taking care of her. I will be returning to PJs because of this young lady and the young lady that helped me choose his coffee. BTW he does like the coffee.Thank you,Nesie“
“Large Varmel Lafrezze and my go-to muffin is always delicious, but since working nights I have visited twiced and the customer service has been the pits young lady with long dark hair just RUDE. If you don't know customers are what pays your salaries so you may want to consider that the next time a customer ask a “
“I've been to every McDonald's in New Orleans, chalmette and Metairie. The service that judge Perez in chalmette was fantastic. The lady who waited on me and I'm so sorry I didn't get her name but it was 10:15 on April 18th. Judge Perez in chalmette. She was courteous. Pleasant and lo and behold. She delivered my food on a tray. All the other McDonald's I've been to in the cities listed above. Horrible. They were rude insisted. I used the kiosk which I will never do and I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my food and most of the time it was cold. This location deserves five stars“
“Very pleasant and professional staff. Spoke clearly and polite in the speaker. Repeated the order correctly . Pleasant and repeated the order upon paying. Pleasant, repeated and checked the order before giving it to us. It was the best service I’ve ever received at a McDonald’s.“
“The beignets were delicious. They have coffee with regular milk only. For people who don’t tolerate milk, you will have to drink your coffee black. When I arrived there was a long line. After I got in, I noticed there was another entrance on the other side. As you see the main establishment facing the street, the main line is on the right, the other entrance is on the left and no one was making a line. When you come in just find a table and sit down, don’t worry about it being with dirty plates and empty coffee cups from past clients. Someone will come and clean it up. They get upset if you clean up. They will take your order and bring it to the table. They accept cash only.“
“Brunch is a big deal in New Orleans, and Ruby Slipper is one of the top spots for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. We visited on a Saturday morning and had to wait in line for about an hour. Luckily, they offer a convenient system where you can leave your name and phone number, and they'll text you when your table is ready, allowing you to explore the area in the meantime.Once we were seated, we couldn't wait to dive into their bennies! We started with a classic Bloody Mary, the perfect brunch drink, and then indulged in a variety of eggs benedict options. With choices like pulled pork, fried chicken, and Cajun-style shrimp, we decided to mix and match. Honestly, I couldn't pick a favorite because they were all so delicious! Despite the bustling crowd, the service was quite good, and the ambiance added to the enjoyable experience.“
“We booked the Airbnb in the same building but we arrived earlier than our check in time. A lady who works here invited us in with our luggage and all while we waited for our room to be ready. She was truly just the friendliest person ever! We were here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and she too had had daughters who played volleyball in the past and she was just so genuinely happy for us to be here for this. We ate here almost everyday and this place is just the cutest, super clean, friendliest staff place ever!!! I seriously can't recommend this cafe enough!!! My husband couldn't even get over how nice all the staff are in here. The crepes are delicious!!! As well as all the danish treats!!! The almond croissant was one of our favorites as well as the chicken Alfredo mushroom crepe!!! 5/5 stars easily!!!“
“Visiting Nola and we stumbled upon District. All I can say is it did not disappoint! The food and drinks were so delicious. Best cheese grits I have ever had. Our server, Maddie, was so nice and friendly. She was attentive and has a caring personality.“
“We went yesterday and the wait was 2 hours. Got there a little earlier today and we got in. I’ve eaten at the Uptown location and was so happy they opened up another one that’s closer. It was my daughter’s first time and she said the food is so good and understands why there is a wait.“
“I really wanted to give this a 3 1/2, but there are no halves on Yelp. The thing I disliked most about Nonna Randazzo King Cake was how tiny it was. The packaging makes it appear a nice size. So, I was shocked at what I found after removing the plastic. Not only was the King Cake small, but flat and a bit doughy in places also. I literally felt kinda played lol. I know I paid a convenience fee by picking it up from PJ's, but $32 for what appears to be a small King Cake is crazy. I'm guessing it ranges about $25-$27 in the actual bakery for this size. Onto the taste, it was amazing, I've never had a blueberry King Cake before and loved the flavor. I didn't taste as much of the cream cheese, but I was definitely satisfied with the blueberry flavor and the cake itself's flavor. It's a very good King Cake for sure.“
