“My granddaughter bought me there one Sunday night,it was packed so there was know where for me to sit and I am handicap so we got some food and we left but this lady can’t out and ask was we looking for somewhere to sit I said yes,she told us to wait she made a call and then we were seated,we had wonderful time and the food was delicious. I found out the lady name was Mrs.Helen-Boss Lady“

“I had the best experience with the service at your Marrero location, the girl at the window name was Gabby and she was just awesome!!! She was very helpful, super sweet and so very polite. It is not often lately that you get excellent service in the fast food industry but I definitely had that today and I will be back again, because of the service I received today. Customer service was 100% and it was a great experience. When I mentioned that I had tried the burgers before and they were good but I thought the buns were a bit greasy to me, Gabby suggested that I order the burgers with no butter on the buns and that was an excellent suggestion, they were so much better. Keep up the great training because it is showing in both your employees attitude and customer service.“

“Always a favorite in my lifetime. From my childhood days to my adult life Sonic has remained my favorite fast food place. Burgers, chicken strips,taters and chili cheese fries are some of the yummy food choices. Ice cream, floats, slushes and breakfast goodies just to name a few. Stop by your neighborhood Sonic and treat yourself ?“

“Wife wanted Rally's fries ? and both got the Big Beauford ?. After getting our order we sat at the out door table. Wife had a Hypoglycemia episode and was slumped on the table. Two restaurant workers offered to help and wanted to call for an ? ambulance. Lucky that my inlaw lived close by and they brought me a glucogon shot. I really want to thank Rally's crew members for the offer of assistance. It is greatly appreciated. Good job!!!“

“I hope the right people see this, I’m not the type to leave reviews at all but I literally JUST left there (04/29/26 around 8pm). These babies working this shift made my entire night!! I wish I had enough money to come give them all $1,000. I’m serious!!! Whatever yall are paying them, double it. Matter fact TRIPPLE IT!! They have a level of enthusiasm, respect, and professionalism that I’ve failed to see from GROWN people at the finest of restaurants. Keep doing what yall are doing and I pray yall go far in life with the amazing personalities you have!!!!“

“The woman in the drive-thru did have an attitude the last time I went, and also did not have what I wanted at the time that I went. Despite that, these are both uncommon for this location, and I believe it is still the best McDonalds in our area.“
