Thank you Clinton for such exceptional customer service! Simple and honest mistake happens and you go above and beyond to remedy it. I wish all businesses were managed the way you manage this Raising Cane’s!
Food was great but the app is worse than anything I have ever seen.
Got 3 things wrong on order. Staff was polite but 4 out of 4 orders were wrong. All had missing items. Thankfully I didn't use drive through.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers offers a simple menu of chicken tenders, fries, and coleslaw, catering to both adults and children. The staff is praised for their efficiency and helpfulness, making it a popular choice for a quick, satisfying meal. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
The chicken fingers are a highlight, with customers praising their consistent quality and taste. The service is outstanding, with orders being fulfilled quickly and accurately. The restaurant is a significant sponsor of sports teams and leagues, demonstrating its commitment to the community.
However, some customers have noted that the parking lot layout can be confusing, and that the chicken fingers may sometimes be a bit too wet or lacking in crispiness. Additionally, there have been concerns about the reduction in the size of the dipping sauce portions and an increase in their cost.
Overall, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers remains a popular choice for a satisfying and efficient dining experience, with a focus on quality food and excellent service.
