Very nice people and the tea is great and is made with real fruit right in front of you . The food is good too.
Frosty's was Norman's favorite so now it's my favorite. I don't get out here very much. But when I find myself in the Dantean orbit of Veteran's Blvd. I always make a side quest to Frosty's.
Best Vietnamese and the bubble tea is the absolute best in the city!!
