Worse customer service,wrong order,no good service, manager need be fire he is so rude no professional how deal with customer service knowing they do wrong orders and still want charge no even apology never go back
Waited for 45 minutes just for the order to be wrong. I consider myself a pretty patient person, so I called and explained the situation to ask what could be done. The night-shift manager started cursing me out, asking what I was calling for, and instructed me not to bother calling back, and hung up. I was beyond shocked and confused. i'm usually very understanding of people who work at fast food restaurants, but this was truly unacceptable; waited near 30 minutes for my order of a burger, nuggets, and fries. I approached the drive-thru window and politely asked about the order and was met with a very accusatory response, to which an employee begrudgingly scoffed and said they'd make it for us.
