Great spot
Quintessential Marigny coffee shop. Fell in love with a divine maple latte last fall I never minded waiting 20 minutes in line for. Eclectic crowd, packed liked sardines; barista’s look like extras from a Nirvana video. You’re as likely to find a vintage clothing sale outside as you are a chess game, or neighborhood denizens passing a joint around on the stoops outside. Excellent pours. The coffee never disappoints, but the ambiance makes the place.
