One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. From the bartender,manager and Summer our server. The food was amazing! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great dining experience
Both the service and the food were spectacular! The mussels were amazing, the lamb was the most tender I've ever had, and the Gaia Special was a memorable experience as well. The staff were all very friendly but our server was the star. I hope I'm remembering correctly (we lost the receipt with her name) but I think it's Jasmin. Amazing!!!! Beautiful space, quality spirit options, and the FOOD 🥲 sooooo delicious! Steak was perfect! Waiter was TOP tier! Raphael S. was attentive and funny, he made the experience so much better. Gaia is the perfect place for a perfect night.
