Everything is always so good! Ooey Gooey is my go to, but even just a scoop in a waffle cone is delicious.

Today, I gave up on the Denham Springs location. Gave them 2 chances. Both consecutively, were fails. First fail- I usually buy plain chocolate custard. At this visit, the custard tasted bitter. As if the milk for the cream was sour, or the cocoa was bad. I threw it away. Fast forward 2ish-months. Got a chocolate fudge sundae. The custard was melted. I know fudge is hot, but this serving was way to liquid. I also had to ask for the pecans that supposed to come on it. And no cherry. I just told the server to forget about it. This wasn't worth the $6.50. Disappointed in Denham.

Ice cream is great. It would be nice if there were some tables to sit at and eat. It would be a great destination place to get ice cream but it's either drive through or sitting on the 6 or so benches.

THIS PLACE DOESN’T HAVE WHIPPED CREAM! What ice cream place doesn’t have the option for whipped cream? I got a banana split from here and it was nothing but bananas, vanilla ice cream, peanuts, and cherries on top. A CLASSIC banana split has strawberry, vanilla & chocolate ice cream not just vanilla. It also has pineapple sauce, chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce, and whipped cream. (Google what goes on a banana split you’ll see.) Mine didn’t come with ANY of that. Very disappointed I will never come back here.

Went to Denham location and went through drive thru. After making order, had to wait 10 minutes and order still wasn’t ready. Asked for money back and cashier didn’t even know what our order was. Once it was figured out, there was still no explanation or apology. Service could be better and quicker.
