We went there tonight for my daughters 16th birthday. there were 13 of us and we were fine with the 1 hour wait. There was an older man working there that stayed he could get us set in about 15. when he said something the the female manager about it, she told him NO that she already told us an hour. he was very he was visibly upset as we're supposed to be his table. We waited our time to be sat. the server came and took our order and when they came, she didn't remember who ordered what, (13 person party it happens). refill time on drinks count remember who was drinking what. none of our orders had their potatoes in them. they did bring us a plate of potatoes after we pointed it out. asked for silverware three times , it never came. so I minded my business and when it came time to pay, our drink orders were messed up and on each other's bills. I politely asked for the corporate number, telling her it was nothing against her , just the experience as a whole. she asked me what was wrong with the service. she went to get the manager, at this point I went outside. the manager came to the table very abruptly asked "what's the problem". when the tables explained she stated we got out potatoes. took one of the cash paying people and had the nerve to ask if they wanted their change. no apologies, no offers to do anything to amend any of the mistakes. and that's fine. it was the VERY NASTY demeanor she had when addressing the issues. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN AND I SHOULDVE WAITED THE HOUR HALF AT SEIGEN. That one is where we usually go and ran way better. I half expect a nasty reply to this. Also they were supposed to give my 16 yr old some beignets, but those never got brought either. easily a $300+ 13top.”

“This is one of the most happening place in ALLL of Denham!! Thought it was some hillbilly biker spot, until my husband's cousin Ernest Scott invited us to a show his group was giving there. The service was great, the atmosphere and music was amazing and alive, and the people were... together... enjoying themselves. I LOVED it and look forward to many more experiences there.. 😎🫡”

“The appetizers were awesome! The next time we go we will order from the appetizers and split them. Eggplant parmesan was absolutely amazing! The complimentary bread seasoned with olive oil, herbs and parmesan cheese was the best I have ever had. I was disappointed in the Chicken Marsala. It was bland and lacked the rich flavor of the same dish I have enjoyed at Carrabba's in Baton Rouge. We will give them a 2nd try though.”

“Went for a birthday dinner. They were supposed to seat us together. Instead, they made excuses on why we weren't sat together. When you walk in the doors, it smells like gym socks and pee. The manager pretty much brushed us off. We didnt have silverware. Had to hunt down for napkins and other stuff. And the staff looks more confused than mermaid mans hypocritical ray gun on SpongeBob. I was hungry but lost my appetite as soon as the nonsense began. Just never again will I step foot into this establishment. Ive managed restaurants for several years in my life and this whole experience was ridiculous. I give this place -20 rating. I didnt even eat the rolls because of this disappointment of experience here. And the rolls were the thing I was mostly looking forward to.”

“It's okay. I'd probably return to get a second opinion. Seated quickly. (Entered after 6pm). Not too busy on a Wednesday evening. Wasn't too fond of my ribeye steak (good seasoning, but tasted more like a sirloin). Another guest in my party ordered sliders, and food arrived cold much later than expected so it was returned. A second guest ordered a mixed drink and it was forgotten but eventually brought on over after a reminder. We still tipped a great rate for the waiter who assisted our table of 3 adults because he was back and forth quite a bit. My recommendation is to have your party of guests to all order something different so all of the foods can be compared.”

“I just ordered the Detroit Style personal pizza for one. I loved it. This is the first Domino's location that my cheese was so melty it pulled like a pizza is supposed to. The size is perfect. This is the first personal sized pizza that is very satisfying. It's worth trying.”

The perfect place to hang out or have date night! We love getting their fettuccine crepes. It’s easier to eat and their chocolate sauces are so rich and decadent. We like adding strawberries and bananas to it as well. You also get three options of ice cream to go with it: vanilla, strawberry or chocolate.”

“From the woods to the grill within a week!! Day’s didn’t just smoke the sausage but they have to be the most efficient at processing a deer! We dropped a deer off on a Monday at 6am and it was ready to be picked up that Saturday. When I dropped it off the young man working made sure what I wanted was correct 3xs. I could tell he actually cared about his job and getting it right. Quick drop off and when I picked it up I got the same process. 6am pickup (I’m an early bird) Everything was separated and packaged so neat. Worker loaded it all up and I was gone within 10min. We used to just process it ourself but we wanted burritos and smoked sausage. Our scheduled just don’t leave the time for us to do it. Grilling sausage tonight at the deer camp within a week. Highly recommend!! 🦌Happy Hunting!”

“This place has never let me down. The potatoes are HUGE and make a couple meals for me. Their brownies are to die for and sandwiches excellent. But I am now back on low carb and tried the chef salad. OMG. Chock full of toppings and “good” lettuce, not the bad parts, and 2 big packs of dressing plus 2 packs of croutons. I always loved this place but this amazing salad might end up being 3 meals for me. It weighed a ton! If you haven’t tried this place, you are missing out. “We celebrated my mom’s 50th work anniversary there this past Saturday. They accommodated a huge party. Everyone received their drink and food orders timely. No mistakes on the bill! The servers were so accommodating, friendly, and go with the flow! I know it is super hard dealing with people shouting out orders at you constantly, but they did amazing!! Shout out to them! The hostesses were super friendly as well. We have no complaints at all!”

“I’d been through the drive through at the S Range location in Denham Springs about a month ago with my parents and the shrimp poboy and fries were delicious! Crispy and great flavor.

We were in town visiting family again and decided to grab lunch here. There were 7 of us in our group including my mom being in a wheelchair. The ladies that took our order were incredibly patient with my mom, who has dementia and wasn’t sure of what she wanted to order. The cashier leaned forward with a calm demeanor and explained the options to my mom and I could see she radiated kindness. That meant so much to me!

The food was delivered to our table quickly and it was delicious. Everyone there was friendly and the vibes were top notch. Even my husband commented about how nice and helpful everyone working there was. These employees deserve a raise and I hope they see this review. I genuinely appreciated their kindness.”

“Opokè is amazing. I’ve had poke in San Diego, Hawaii, Seattle, and Boston, all cities famous for seafood, and this place still ranks easily in my top five. I can not believe it’s in Denham springs Louisiana. The fish was fresh, the ingredients crisp, and the portion was huge. Every bite tasted clean and balanced. I travel often for work and go out of my way to find good poke wherever I am, and I can’t believe I didn’t know about Opokè in my own backyard sooner. Highly recommended for anyone who actually knows what good poke should taste like. 10/10 I will absolutely be returning. P.S. please get marinated mushrooms like Southfin on Perkins rd has.”

I was saddened because I paid 17 dollars for a 1/2 cup of old red beans that were not cooked and no flavor.They put a small piece of sausage on the top with a 1/3 of rice. I also got a very small portion of nasty cabbage and a small portion of box mashed patatoes. I could have went to longhorn steakhouse and got a nice steak meal for less and a whole lot better food. I can bet the cost of the food I got was about 2 dollars worth!”

It’s always “yum!”, “thanks!” “Delish” or something of the sort. That is not unique to this location. HOWEVER, whoever did this note made my day.
