Flory, and I hope I’m spelling that right, is the damned best!! She is exceedingly patient, kind, and wonderful!! Is the milktea good? Psssh, get outta here with dumb questions! Yes the milktea is great! The smoothies are so smooth that they can be used to lubricate heavy duty machinery, which is how my excavator keeps working. If you love yourself, go get some milktea. If you hate yourself, go get some therapy. For real. Life is hard, but you don’t have to be hard on yourself....read full review

Awesome drinks every time. Customer service is hit or miss. Most times I get great service, fast. One time, an employee made my drink without the two key ingredients because they ran out of one, and she "didn't like" how the fruit looked. Yet she made no mention of either in advance, made the drink and sold it to me as-is. When I noticed it before even putting a straw in, she explained why she made it that way, and made no attempt to see if I wanted something else instead.

As far as the bubble tea places around, this one would be in the good drink category. Be wary of sea salt drinks if you've never had one. The customer service was ok but obviously understaffed. All the ingredients looked good and the watermelon and almond milk slush was good.
