“Today was my first time visiting Tropical Smoothie. Let me say I was very impressed. They have a variety of options which I love. The employees were very friendly and so welcoming. I don’t see myself going back to Smoothie King. Tropical Smoothie is hands down way better. Everything was delicious. Tropical Smoothie definitely has my future business. “On January 15,2022 i dropped my wallet in the parking lot (i did not realize it) the next day i get a message from the assistant manager Emily Lavender thru facebook it had been found. With no info (phone number) she had a job finding me. The employee who turned in my wallet was Emma. This is two very honest employees. 100% of my contents was still in wallet. With all the crime in our area i feel very blessed to of ran across these two. So shout out to Emma and Emily Evelyn Hays“

“Usually when i order from here i get an angel food with coconut water. It’s always a hit or miss for some reason. Last time i went it was more banana than strawberry and it didn’t have its vibrant pink color. It was pale and it tasted like there was no flavor to it. I’ll admit, usually it isn’t a bad smoothie but i order two of the same ones and they both were nasty. Customer service was amazing though.“
“i don’t know my servers name but she was so incredibly sweet, i wish i could put in a good word for her. i don’t normally leave reviews for quick places like smoothie king but the kindness of this girl just warranted this review. she was so kind to us, asking us about our day and plans and things but still getting all our stuff ready at the same time. our drinks were super good but smoothie king is always good so that was expected. i really enjoyed my time here and even though it was short it stood out in my day.“

“Waiting at drive through for 15 minutes parked vehicle went inside. Had to yell to get attendant attention from being in the back. Extremely blaring music!! Then I was politely told she couldn’t hear me. Now 20 minutes later. I have my smoothie!“
