“Ran in to grab a smoothie,drive thru was loaded and a couple people in lobby. Even though they were slammed, they were very kind. Makayla who is a teenager handled it very well and I was handed my smoothie in an expected amount of time. Many of times adults struggle to handle stress and the workers here this morning did great“

“Waiting at drive through for 15 minutes parked vehicle went inside. Had to yell to get attendant attention from being in the back. Extremely blaring music!! Then I was politely told she couldn’t hear me. Now 20 minutes later. I have my smoothie!“
