“I placed an online order at Smoothie King (Store #1292). The toast I received was a little heavy on the honey, so I called the store to let them know. The two ladies I spoke with were so kind and immediately apologized, inviting me to come back so they could remake my order. Their customer service was absolutely amazing—they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back!“

“Went in the other day for a quick smoothie and was pleased by the cleanliness of the store and helpfulness of the employees. Cravings are pretty crazy with this pregnancy so I was very grateful for the recommendations and help from Ian. Would for sure come here again and recommend it to friends.“
