Greated with warm smiles so I knew this would be a wonderful experience. Awesome suggestions by the young lady at the counter. She was so sweet and brought my meal along with napkins to the table. The dozens were vegan no dairy nuts soy sunflower etc. loved it!! First place on my healthy places while in Louisiana.
This place had exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been trying to eat cleaner especially on the go and there aren’t many options. Tru Cafe was fast and have extensive menu to fit all diets. Love love love!

This place has tons of GF options, warm wood and plant accents in their interior, and a really approachable and knowledgeable staff. I have MCAS and I even got some donuts I can eat, locally made.
