Even though the place was packed and she was handling everything alone, she stayed professional, calm, and kept everything looking great. I’ll definitely be back because of her excellent service!“

“It's absolutely ridiculous how good the coffee & drinks are here! Everything I've tried has been sooooo good. I've been converted from Starbucks.. LOL! The only thing I don't care for is the loud music. You can hardly hear what the workers are saying when talking to you. (Ya'll also need to upgrade the app so we can order ahead!)“

“I had a great experience at Smoothie King thanks to Nylah. She was extremely patient, friendly, and helpful while I was trying to decide what to order. She took the time to answer my questions, explain different options, and make recommendations based on what I was looking for.

Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit enjoyable. It’s not often you come across employees who are so willing to help and make sure customers have a great experience. Thank you, Nylah, for your outstanding service!“

“Faith was awesome! My smoothie was delicious“

“Never heard of this place until last Friday and I was so nervous to try a Loaded Tea for the first time. I decided to go the next day. I’ve been back almost every day since trying a new flavor each time I go. I usually ask for someone to recommend a flavor to me when I go to keep it fun & on my toes! I absolutely love everything about this! It gives me that much needed energy, super refreshing, & has not affecting me in a negative way. I have a tendency to break out because of new things, so far my skin is still its normal self. I’ve cut back on coffee immensely since trying this place, coffee doesn’t give me that refreshed feeling like these teas! I highly recommend. Personal favorite so far out of the 6 I’ve tried, would be Pineapple Punch! Also: very nice, helpful, & friendly staff! A few pics that I remembered to take!“

“nice down to earth people“

“great donuts 5/5 recommend!“

“Usually when i order from here i get an angel food with coconut water. It’s always a hit or miss for some reason. Last time i went it was more banana than strawberry and it didn’t have its vibrant pink color. It was pale and it tasted like there was no flavor to it. I’ll admit, usually it isn’t a bad smoothie but i order two of the same ones and they both were nasty. Customer service was amazing though.“

“This review is solely for the associate Ryan. Although the drink was great, Ryan was better. He is phenomenal and if his higher-ups see this, please give that man a raise. His customer service is overly good and we encountered a little bit of a mistake that happened on the app and he fixed it so quickly. When I got to the window, he made sure that I knew what I was ordering and he made sure that everything was how I wanted it to be, and we came to a a mistake I made on the app, he was so quick to fix it and he’s just great if I had a business, I’d want 10 Ryan’s.“

“The female employee smile was from 👂 to 👂!!!!“

“Waiting at drive through for 15 minutes parked vehicle went inside. Had to yell to get attendant attention from being in the back. Extremely blaring music!! Then I was politely told she couldn’t hear me. Now 20 minutes later. I have my smoothie!“

“Great experience for my first time being at that the sherwood location. I was able to catch one of the bartenders' name Andrea, I hope I spelled her name correctly. Her service was A1! Thanks for a great Friday evening. I will be back again!“

“The service was fantastic. My food came out quick. They have a variety of sauces that you get to choose from, aside from the basic condiments. It was very clean inside too. This place is overlooked because it is in between a chic-fil-a and a Whataburger. This place deserves better.“

“Highly recommend! Great Teas! Great Service! I also see a lot of Tiger Nutrition cups at the house from my girls! 🤪😀👍“

“Hands down the best smoothie I’ve had. This smoothie king gives the best service with very respectful young people. The smoothies is all so good and sweet, if I get a chocolate hazelnut toast and ask them to fill it up more . They fill it no problem with a yes ma”am . If you want good service come around 7. They have best people on that shift .Much love to them for making my after workout meal the best in the world. They do so good I skip the smoothie king by my house to go to this one.“
