The ultimate of chains, I have the app and the first time I ordered to pick up, in the drive-thru, they messed up. I didn't go back as I was on my way to an appointment. The next time, I checked and they had done the same thing, have it back and they corrected. After that no issues. Staff (kids) are always friendly and the app makes it easy no matter where I travel.
A young girl that worked the window one morning, when my GF and I were on the way to get her head examination and I am being serious, the young lady was very nice and respectful and I will never forget what she said to us ?
