The jambalaya is amazing. The beans were um I'm not sure what to say just red beans is all. The potato salad I could not wait to get I love potato salad. This potato salad tasted like rotten picked relish was used with some kind of sweetener. I literally couldn't make myself swallow one bite of the potato salad. Jambalaya shop is hit and miss. Sometimes you get a decent amount of chicken and sausage, other times you are lucky to get. Full piece. I’ve ordered the buckets plenty of times. Several times I’ve only had 4-6 pieces of chicken. The taste is usually good, sometimes it’s not seasoned well or taste like they scraped the bottom.
