“We recently ordered 20 pizzas from Domino’s for a school field trip, and there was a small issue at pickup where the order wasn’t going to be ready on time. The GM stepped in immediately, took control of the situation, and made sure everything was handled the right way.
Not only did they get all 20 pizzas out quickly, but they also made sure everything was fresh and correct. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a great experience because of the professionalism and customer service shown.
