Matt and Jamar very thoroughly welcomed us in and served with a smile while having some pleasant conversation about our plans for the day and whatnot. (not the fake kind of obligatory customer service small talk)

While the food was excellent, the customer service from those two stood out the most.

If I owned or managed this place I’d made sure to do what I can to hold onto those guys. They represent your business very well.

“The manager was amazing—very professional and friendly. I remember him from when he managed another location, and he still provides excellent service. The restaurant was clean, the pizza bar stayed fully stocked, and the staff constantly made sure fresh pizza was coming out.

“Checked out the new Bistro Italia location and we loved it! We ordered the tomato basil soup, Big Lou pizza, Shrimp Primavera, and Diablo shrimp. Everything came out hot, was delicious and you could tell the ingredients were fresh! The team was friendly, the atmosphere was upscale but still very comfortable, and the prices are very reasonable (sharing the menu pics for anyone curious). The updated restaurant is beautifully done. Also love that it’s a family owned and run restaurant.“

“I had never been to Rotolos and normally when I come to Louisiana I don't eat pizza as I am indulging in seafood and other fare. However I was in the mood for it and took a chance and wasn't disappointed. The experience, atmosphere and service was great, as well as the beer selection. The man that took my order on 12/6 around 2 pm was very accommodating. I definitely look forward to returning.“

“Just left the Ferndale location. The server was quite uninviting and inattentive but Rick(who i believe was the chef) was amazing. Brought us plates and silverware, cleaned up my daughter’s spilt water, bussed our table and even packed our leftovers in a box. Tried to leave him a tip and he refused to accept. He’s wonderful and y’all are lucky to have him! Food was good as always“

“My daughter and I stopped in for lunch. It was busy, but we ordered quick enough. I got the red, white, and blueberry salad with the raspberry dressing and it was delicious! She had chicken pesto sandwich and loaded potato soup and loved both of them. We shared a slice of strawberry cake that was so good.“

“During our last visit, they made a pepperoni pizza instead of stuffed pepperoni bread as listed on the receipt. My husband went in and pointed it out. In less than 9 minutes, we had the stuffed bread and we also kept the pizza!!

I decided to order for delivery of two pizzas this evening and it was the quickest I’ve ever had a pizza delivered, ever. It was also freshly warm on delivery. Also, this is probably the only time I have ordered a pizza with extra sauce and actually received extra sauce. I will definetly return to this location over my normal location. ❤️“

“It was a perfect day with my grandsons! There was coupon on the website and the boys had an hour to play UNLIMITED games for around $22.00 each. When they won "tickets" the tickets posted to a plastic playing card. The card was so convenient. Then at the end of the hour we "cashed" out the "tickets" for toys and one saved his "tickets" for another time. Very affordable, clean, friendly staff and the pizza and salad bar wasn't too bad.“

Despite this, an employee named William was thuggin it out in a long sleeved shirt, and when asked how he survived in these poor working conditions, he shrugged it off like it was nothing, like a true American. William also tolerated my annoying friends and I like a true champ, a feat never before seen by human beings, as my friends should never be allowed to exist the public sphere without parental supervision, and William acted as that chaperone with no pay raise, simply dedication. I called this location FIRST try...Eric Collins was so HELPFUL and EFFICIENT. I hope someone gives this man a raise. He made the transaction effortless, smooth, and top notch customer service.
