“I am extremely impressed with the customer service. I ordered a Buffalo pizza with a special of 50% off. When I got home, the pizza was made incorrectly with Alfredo sauce and no Buffalo sauce. I should have brought it back when I opened it, but I was really hungry I ate a few pieces and brought it back to show them. I talked to Brad, an employee who apologized and made me another pizza without any hesitations. He was extremely polite with a nice demeanor. I work in a resteraunt myself and was glad he treated me correctly!! Brad is an awesome employee!“

“I wanted to try Lit Pizza today because I was close by shopping. I was already impressed that it was super easy ordering and quick service. The staff was very friendly. I sit down to eat and look up to see my late grandfather's picture. It was right by the door. I bursted into tears. To see that smile again was a beautiful surprise. “We have eaten at Tommy's for the past 40 years, dating back to the original Tommy's on 51 at university. Over time, the quality of the food has gone downhill, but we still made visits and did business with them (mostly out of tradition). well, I guess all things come to an end, because the last 2 pizzas we have gotten in the past week and half have been horrible. We have always ordered our pizza one of two ways, either Canadian Bacon or pepperoni original sweet sauce w/extra cheese. the last 2, the sauce hasn't been very sweet. The pizza dough/crust tasted a bit differently, and both were burned. We brought the burned part to their attention and was told it was because we had extra cheese. Mind you, in the past 40 years, the extra cheese never caused it to be burned. Also, the house salad dressing isn't the same as it was years ago at the original Tommy's Pizza. Also, on the pizza, the cheese quality has changed from very stretchy and flavorful to bland and like rubber. I've always liked supporting local eateries, but at this point, frozen pizza would be better. Also, our last visit was with us calling for 30 minutes to place an order, but all we got was a busy signal. We decided to ride up and place our order, and when we asked the girl at the bar what was wrong with their phone, she replied "we had alot of call ins earlier, so we took it off the hook so the kitchen could catch up". Well, I placed my order and had to wait almost 40 minutes for it. When I got it home and opened it up, it was a big blob of burnt. And no.....they were not busy at that time. Not busy at all“
