“We stopped by Rotolo’s Pizzeria for lunch on Christmas Eve and had a great experience. We went right at opening before the lunch crowd came in, and the food came out quickly. We shared a fresh garden salad and ordered the Krewe calzone and deluxe combination calzone — both were hot, the bread was really soft, and they were packed with toppings. Everything tasted great. We went on Wednesday $7.99 calzone day, split the salad, drank water, and each bill was about $13. We were full for the rest of the day, which made it an excellent value. Customer service was excellent, especially considering there was only one waitress handling the lunch crowd. It’s a casual lunch spot, and the calzones were just as I remembered. We’ll definitely be back.“

“This location has improved greatly over years past. My orders are always correct and made properly. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Everything is made quickly and the app makes the whole process a breeze.

My only complaint is about how much prices have gone up. Our go-to deal for years, Large 3-Topping Carryout for $7.99, suddenly jumps to $12.99. That's a 63%, or nearly 2/3 increase in price! Nearly doubling the price of pizza may increase profit per pizza, but it kills your sales volume.

Our regular pizza nights have now dwindled down to 3-4 times a year pizza nights, and that's only when a truly good deal like 50% off pizzas is on offer. I hope it changes because the employees are fantastic.“

“I went to CiCi’s Pizza not expecting much, but honestly, it surprised me. The pizza kept coming out fresh, and there was a good mix of classics and some different flavors to try. Everything I grabbed was hot and actually tasted good, not just “it’s a buffet so whatever.”

The place was clean, and the staff stayed on top of things, which made the whole experience better. It didn’t feel chaotic or messy like some buffet spots can get.

For the price, it’s definitely worth it. If you’re hungry and just want something easy with a lot of options, this is a solid go-to. I’d come back for sure. Epically the BBQ pizza !“

“Checked out the new Bistro Italia location and we loved it! We ordered the tomato basil soup, Big Lou pizza, Shrimp Primavera, and Diablo shrimp. Everything came out hot, was delicious and you could tell the ingredients were fresh! “I had never been to Rotolos and normally when I come to Louisiana I don't eat pizza as I am indulging in seafood and other fare. However I was in the mood for it and took a chance and wasn't disappointed. The experience, atmosphere and service was great, as well as the beer selection. The man that took my order on 12/6 around 2 pm was very accommodating. I definitely look forward to returning.“

“It was a perfect day with my grandsons! There was coupon on the website and the boys had an hour to play UNLIMITED games for around $22.00 each. When they won "tickets" the tickets posted to a plastic playing card. The card was so convenient. Then at the end of the hour we "cashed" out the "tickets" for toys and one saved his "tickets" for another time. Very affordable, clean, friendly staff and the pizza and salad bar wasn't too bad.“

“Love the pizza!! I had an emergency for a lunch meeting we were hosting at a clients lication. The place we ordered lunch from wasn't answering their doors or phones 35 minutes before our meeting was supposed to start! Panicking i turned into Johnny's before they were even open...and they opened up, took my order, fired up the ovens and had me on my way with pizza to feed a dozen attendants at the meeting! Despite this, an employee named William was thuggin it out in a long sleeved shirt, and when asked how he survived in these poor working conditions, he shrugged it off like it was nothing, like a true American. William also tolerated my annoying friends and I like a true champ, a feat never before seen by human beings, as my friends should never be allowed to exist the public sphere without parental supervision, and William acted as that chaperone with no pay raise, simply dedication. The employees work really hard and the manager will not pull someone aside to tell them what they did wrong instead they get chewed out in front of everyone and it’s just not right. The manager needs some training on how to treat people better or how to deal with some thing on the side not in front of everyone.“
